  • POLYDAMAS is not liable for data loss, system failures, or third-party software issues
  • Technology products sold are subject to manufacturer warranties; POLYDAMAS does not extend additional warranties unless explicitly stated

6. Website Design Services

  • Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement
  • Client is responsible for providing accurate content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
  • POLYDAMAS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices
  • Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement
  • All sales of technology products are final unless otherwise stated

8. Intellectual Property
